What coverage limits do you offer?

Neptune offers differing coverage limits on our different policy forms and for our optional coverages. Our base coverage limits can be found below:

On the residential form we offer up to $7,000,000 of coverage A (building coverage) and $500,000 of coverage B (contents coverage) in non-V flood zones, and up to $4,000,000 of coverage A and $500,000 of coverage B in V zones.

For commercial properties, we offer up to $10,000,000 of coverage A and $500,000 of coverage B in non-V zones, and $4,000,000 of coverage A and $500,000 of coverage B in V zones.  

On our RCBAP (condo association) form, we offer up to $15,000,000 of building coverage and $500,000 of contents coverage, regardless of zone.

For our excess flood product, coverage limits follow the same limitations as our primary policy forms, but respond in excess of the maximum limits available under the NFIP.
