How can I pay for my policy?

Neptune accepts payments via 3 methods: credit card, ACH (E-check), or mailed check. 

Bills are sent directly to the insured on file (using the email and mailing addresses provided), but payment can be made by an Agent via the Neptune Agent Portal. If selected, we will also bill to the mortgagee on file. 

Electronic payments made via the portal do include non-refundable processing fees. For credit card, this is roughly 3% of the premium. For ACH, the fee is flat $3.50. No additional fees are charged for mailed checks.
