On our RCBAP form, which covers buildings owned by a condominium association, we offer a few optional coverages. These are:
- Pool repair & fill (up to $20,000): This optional coverage covers the cost to drain a pool damaged by a flood, repair the pool shell, and refill the pool. It does not cover pool equipment or spas.
- Basement contents (up to $10,000): This optional coverage covers items owned by the condo association that are stored in a basement, as defined in the policy. We will cover 75% of losses to contents items located within the basement, up to the limit purchased.
At this time, we do not offer our unattached structures coverage on the condo (RCBAP) form.
